Sending a message to our support system, known as the 4Legs Helpdesk
When you send a message, we collect the data you have given to us in that message in order to obtain confirmation that you are entitled to receive the information and to provide to you the information you need. We record your request and our reply in order to increase the efficiency of our business / organisation. Our helpdesk employs a third party platform called Zendesk that has servers based outside of Australia. All information submitted to the helpdesk is processed in these off-shore servers. Complaining
When we receive a complaint, we record all the information you have given to us. We use that information to resolve your complaint.
